However, the same list is part of the equation crucial to curing HIV. 

The list can only be used once. You can either take this piece of information to save ONLY yourself, or you can pass it to the girl near you, who has no idea what this piece of paper is all about, in hopes she would use it for the right use. 

Remember, you’ve lost the ability to speak, so you have no means of explaining clearly what this piece of information is all about and it's importance. As such, by giving her this paper, you’re running the risk of it not being used for the cure of HIV.
